Nigeria national football team
The Nigeria national football team is the football team that represents Nigeria in official international competitions. He has been particularly prominent since his first appearance in the World Cup in 1994.
In his best era in 1996, he did not participate in his role in South Africa for political reasons, although he was the strongest ever, and he was punished by exclusion in 1998, and he was also in the best of his eras. 3 In the final against Argentina, he reached the 1998 World Cup and overthrew the Spanish national team, but he lost from the Danish team in the round of 16, violating all the nominations that took him further than that, and he returned to the African Nations Championship again, but he finished runners-up despite his presence on his land and among his fans with strange misfortune after that He lost by penalty kicks against Cameroon, and the referee did not give them a penalty kick that crossed the goal. Despite that, he remained a permanent guest in third place in 2002, 2004 and 2006, but he stumbled recently and did not qualify for the 2006 World Cup and was eliminated by submerged Angola as well as he was eliminated from the 8th round in his role in Ghana 2008 at the hands of the Ghana national team, despite the numerical shortage due to the expulsion of Essien, which hastened the dismissal of its famous coach Bertie Vogts, who previously led Germany to the European Cup.
Nigeria is the largest African country that exports players and its players are spread in Europe, Arab and Asian countries, a strong competitor in all junior championships and Olympic games.
