25 procedures for the law against epidemics and pandemics
According to the law, facing epidemics and pandemics, the Epidemiology and Pandemic Crisis Management Committee, which will be formed under the new law in order to prevent the spread of epidemics or infectious diseases, may take all necessary measures and measures, according to a decision issued by its chairman, and came as follows:

 

1- Establishing restrictions for a specific period on the freedom of people to move, pass or be present at certain times, whether in specific areas or throughout the country.


2. Disruption of work, for a specified period, partially or completely, and for a specified period, in ministries, government departments and agencies, local administration units, public authorities, public sector companies, public business sector companies, other state-owned companies, and the private sector

3- Suspension of studies for a specified period, partially or completely, in schools, universities, institutes and other educational institutions and any gatherings of students with the aim of receiving education, and taking the necessary measures regarding exams for the academic year, and disrupting work in nurseries.


4- Determining the dates for opening and closing public shops, as well as ordering the closure of all or some of these shops.

 

5- Organizing or prohibiting public meetings, processions, demonstrations, celebrations and other forms of gathering, as well as private meetings.

 

6: Organizing or prohibiting the holding of exhibitions, cultural festivals and other cultural activities, and the reception of cinemas.

 

7- Regulating or prohibiting the reception of sports and popular clubs, youth centers, gymnasiums and health clubs for their patrons.

 

8- Regulating or prohibiting the reception of persons in places of worship and the places attached thereto.


9- Prohibition or restriction of the use of public transportation and public transportation owned by the private sector
 

10 - Obligating citizens to take all precautionary measures and health precautions established by the health authorities, including wearing protective masks and receiving vaccinations while present or frequenting specific places.


11- Postponing the payment of electricity, gas and water services, in whole or in part, or in installments.


12- Extending the deadlines for submitting tax returns or extending the deadlines for paying all or some of the taxes due for a period not exceeding three months, renewable for other similar periods. The statute of limitations period for the tax due.


13- Paying taxes in installments or paying their installments for a period not exceeding three months, renewable for other similar cities, and periods of installments or extensions do not entail entitlement in return for delay or additional tax, as the case may be.

 

14- Payment in installments or forfeiting the consideration for the use of public funds and stamps, or for the services due in return for the services provided by the state or any of its agencies, in whole or in part.

 

15- Regulating or prohibiting the export of some goods and products outside the country.

 

17- Putting restrictions on the circulation, transfer, sale or possession of certain commodities and products.

 

18- Determining the price of some services, goods or products.


19 - Report financial or in-kind support for the affected economic sectors, and specify the rules for disbursing it to various establishments, companies and projects.


20- Obligating those coming to the country from abroad to undergo quarantine procedures to perform some medical or other examinations in accordance with the health requirements approved by the competent authorities.


2021 Suspension of the validity of the dates for the forfeiture of the right, the procedural deadlines for obligatory grievances, lawsuits and judicial appeals, and other dates and deadlines stipulated in laws and organizational decisions, provided that the calculation of appointments resumes as of the day following the end of the stability period, and the ruling on suspending the validity of appointments does not apply to the deadlines and appointments related to imprisonment. Reserve and appeal against criminal judgments issued in relation to persons imprisoned in implementation of those judgments.

 

22- Determining the method of collecting financial and in-kind donations to face the crisis, and the rules for allocating these donations and spending them.

 

23- Determining the prices of treatment in private hospitals to prevent the exploitation of patients in the event of outbreaks of epidemics or health pandemics.

 

24- Imposing control over the work of scientific, research and laboratory laboratories with regard to dealing with biological materials

Tightening the procedures for their possession, use and transfer, as well as the laboratory devices that are used in this, and determining the controls for the disposal of biological waste and waste.


25- Allocating the headquarters of some schools, youth centers, public business sector companies or the public sector and other state-owned places to equip them as temporary field hospitals.
