According to the details broadcast by the Spanish media, the fugitive contractor arrived in Spain in 2018 with a “golden visa” (residency in exchange for investments of 500,000 euros), and that he was looking for fame, and the managers of those companies, including Chancellor Rafael Salanova Roma, helped him, and then signed a contract With Ray Factory SL, led by the CEO of Help Events, the contract sets 10 installments with a total value of 50,000 euros plus value added, and half of these payments were paid by a bank check transferred to Rafael Salanova and the other half in cash, but a complaint appeared. regarding a tax offense against “Ali” submitted to the Economic and Financial Crimes Unit Udef.


At the same time that he signed Ali and Salanova, Muhammad Ali searched for an office that would give shape to his supposed fictitious operation. He found his way in the office of Alonso Balaguer, an architectural office located in the Palo Alto district of Barcelona. The firm admitted that it had worked for Muhammad Ali, Without going into details, what provides more information that the contract signed by the two parties, for the project of the three chimneys, was at a cost of 30,000 euros, as planned and mentioned in the investment documents, and the last element of the trick that Muhammad Ali practiced in Spain was contracting with an agency Well-known contacts in Barcelona worth 40,000 euros, but a number of newspapers, including El Diario and ABC, published warnings about the promoter of this project.
