Bomb attack.. Erdogan reveals details of Istanbul explosion

Turkish media and the governor of Istanbul reported that a violent explosion rocked the busy Istiklal Street in the central Taksim district of Istanbul, killing six people and wounding at least 53 others, according to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in a new toll. Immediately after the incident, rumors spread of a suicide attack, but without any confirmation or evidence. Erdogan said that "the identity of the perpetrators of this despicable attack will be revealed."
